ok so here goes, im setting up an amplifier and bass guitar in a church or conference somewhere, not sure where, seems unfamiliar, opposite me about 2-3 meters is a row of chairs and a tall black man with a mustache whom i don't know, is sitting there, watching me set up,.i walk past him, as I do i see his legs shake a little, I go back knowing that it is a manifestation of the Holy Spirit, i put my hand on his shoulder and his whole body now shakes under the power,, ? ? ? 

I thought that the subject of this dream was an actual manifestation of God's presence.  It seems pretty literal, D.
